Eka Pada Sirsasana: Balancing Strength and Surrender
Balancing Strength and Surrender
Namaste🙏☺️
Yoga keeps reminding me of the balance between strength and letting go.
Eka Pada Sirsasana (One-Leg-Behind-the-Head Pose) doesn't just challenge the body -- it challenges the mind. It's a practice of trust: trusting the process, trusting your body, and sitting with the lessons that come up through discomfort.
Here in Mysore, I'm learning that real flexibility doesn't come from forcing it -- it comes from patience and awareness. Yoga teaches us that the process matters just as much as the pose. Grateful for every moment of growth on and off the mat.
Reflections on Yoga Philosophy
Yoga constantly reminds me of the balance between strength and letting go.
