Mysore Week 2: Small Breakthroughs After Getting Sick
The Second Week
Second Week in Mysore, India 🇮🇳
This is my fourth time in Mysore, and I never experienced vomiting and diarrhea during my previous visits — until now! Although being sick was tough, it surprisingly helped me feel lighter and more refreshed. It also brought many small breakthroughs 😍 in my practice this week. Yeah!
Body Reset and Breakthroughs
This is my fourth time in India, and the first three trips were illness-free — so I definitely didn't expect this round of stomach trouble!
Getting sick was rough, but it actually helped me find a real sense of lightness in my body. That lightness led to loads of small breakthroughs in practice this week 😍 Yeah!
Practice Insights
During practice, I noticed that this new sense of lightness helped me go deeper into each posture, pushing past limitations I'd been stuck on before.
This experience reminded me that yoga isn't just about building a strong body. It's about accepting whatever state your body is in and finding growth through each challenge.
