第四次印度之旅:Mysore 第二週的小突破
第二週體驗
Second Week in Mysore, India🇮🇳
This is my fourth time in Mysore, and I never experienced vomiting and diarrhea during my previous visits—until now! Although being sick was tough, it surprisingly helped me feel lighter and more refreshed. It also brought many small breakthroughs😍 in my practice this week. Yeah!

身體狀況與突破
今次係我第四次嚟印度,以前三次都無試過上吐下瀉,估唔到今次奶嘢!
雖然病好辛苦,但因為咁,我很快搵到身體輕盈嘅感覺,今個星期嘅練習有好多小突破😍,Yeah!

練習心得
在練習的過程中,我發現身體的輕盈感幫助我更深入進入每一個姿勢,突破了之前的局限。

這次的經歷提醒我,瑜伽不只是關於強健的體魄,還有如何接受身體的各種狀態,並在每次挑戰中找到成長。

未來期待
期待下週的練習,亦期待在這個美麗的地方繼續發現更多驚喜與靈感!
