2025 Tapas 2nd Led Class & Conference | March 15 at Yuen Long

The 2nd Led Class & Conference of 2025 will take place on Saturday, March 15 at the Tapas Yuen Long studio!
This special two-hour class features three key segments:
Class Content
1. Mantra Chanting
The teacher and students will chant mantras together. If you're not familiar with the chanting, don't worry -- the teacher will guide you through each step.
2. Led Class (Count-Led Asana Practice)
This segment is similar to the regular Ashtanga Yoga Basic class, but all counts will be given in Sanskrit
There'll be less hands-on adjustments. The focus is on listening to the teacher's breath cues and posture details, helping you deepen your understanding of the Ashtanga practice method
3. Conference (Yoga Knowledge Sharing)
After the Led Class, the teacher will share yoga-related knowledge with students, giving you a deeper understanding of Ashtanga Yoga theory and philosophy.
