Ready for the challenge? Utplutih (Lift Up) is a move full of strength that tests your willpower and endurance and fires you up from the inside! 💪

This time I'm joined by Moon, a yoga teacher from Jeju, Korea, and together we'll go through the key points and demo the pose.

The most important thing with this pose is patience and persistence -- it took me three months of practice just to lift one inch off the ground. But with consistent practice, the strength will come! 🔥
