Did you know there are different entry methods for Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand)? Today, I've invited Moon from South Korea, along with Yong and Perlin from Malaysia, to demonstrate three different ways to enter the pose:


Three Entry Techniques

1. Kick Up

Raise one leg high, then kick up with the other foot -- great for beginners!

2. Jump Up

Both feet jump up at the same time, building more strength and balance!

3. Press Up

Use pure upper body strength to lift both legs -- the most challenging entry!
