🟢 Improves blood circulation
🟢 Improves digestion, giving your digestive system a boost
🟢 Increases focus and concentration
🟢 Helps balance your body and mind, calming the nervous system
You can do this too! When I first started, I couldn't do it either. With consistent practice, anyone can get there! I'll share Yoga Mudra next time 🫶🏻
