Enhances digestion, giving your digestive system a boost
Increases focus and concentration
Helps balance your body and mind, calming the nervous system
You can do this too! When I first started practicing, I couldn't do it either. With consistent practice, anyone can get there! Next time, I'll share Yoga Mudra with you.
